Question

I have just started buying dividend stocks lately. I bought 300 @ 7.12 so I get about 19.1 percent. Will my percent change down the road? Thanks for any comments.

Splits just pay the exact same every month, until they don't pay at all.  As long as the nav of the commons combined with the preferreds add up to $15 you get paid.  Look at quadravest.com

FYI these aren't "dividends"...check the website

They are dividends as well as covered call income with capital appreciation.  Even the website calls it dividends.
