I looked up the payout per share, and found out it has been .1133 to .1134 with few exceptions, since 2004 until now. I was surprised how steady it has been.

Actually is hasnt always been .11335 per share ( current rate).  FFN did a consolidation rollback and the monthly distribution changed to .11335 from .10, but you had less shares after the rollback. thanks I didn't know that. I was looking at adjusted for splits it seems.
