FFN unit NAV to DEC 31 = approx: $17.52

So after adjusting the cash value in the fund, lowering the % of each stock....and taking into account the USD/CAD exchange, which is now the same as at DEC 31 ..... FFN gained 96 cents  in UNIT NAV.
Would have been over a buck gain with the CASH only at 8%, but they posted 11% as DEC 31.
Still the premium is miniscule , at  11 cents,  last trade at $7.73which works out to 1.5 % or so.

Lets see if we can break through the ceiling ($7.60-7.70).  I would like to see $8.00 per share.  Not sure if it will happen this week but I think this is where we are headed in the next while.

Logically, one would expect so.  Even a 5% premium to NAV would get us there, plus not unreasonable to expect that NAV itself will increase.
