Quadravest will announce distributions probably by friday

So i am assuming it will  show the old rate of  5.625 cents per share. However the NR was kind of vague.
North American Financial 15 Split Corp. has declared the preferred share dividend rate for the fiscal year beginning Dec. 1, 2022.
So would the payment received on  or around DEC 9 get the new rate?
Guess we will see soon enough.

I just went and checked the announcement  for the last increase Sept 2020. The ex div increase did apply only in dec 2020 for payment in Jan 2021.

Once the distribution is announced, I'm hoping the price of share increases to at least 6.50

You mean 5.50?

definitely mean 6.50. ideally would like to see it recover to 7.50.

The market is a dumpster fire.

I'd say no dividend this month again.  Maybe 2023 will be better?  But we're getting there.

Not sure why, but it seems to be heading more towards $4.50. The dividend announcement cannot come soon enough.

Around 5.50 is where I thought it would settle.  I was right :)
