NAV estimation is $3.56 which comes to discount of 6.18% , very nice looking discount

Your estimate is only a penny below mine, which is $13.57. Excellent work. The discount, after accounting for accrued dividends, is $0.15. The NAV needs to rise by about 11% to get back to paying.
