FNN current NAV

Mouserman or AnEducator could you please indicate what the current NAV is for FFN.  Please indicate how much more the market has to climb for the commons to pay .  There must be one or two stocks that are  still dragging FFN below the threshold. Thank you so much to the both of you for providing all of us with this information.  Very very much appreciated.

Using MM's closing NAV of $14.56 means we are still ~3% away from distributions. Note, however, that after payment of $0.07917 dividend to the preferreds, the NAV would drop to $14.48, meaning the NAV would then have to rise by ~3.59% to get to the dividend threshold. The financials do pay decent dividends, especially the Canadian banks and Life Insurers, so there is hope for the future. A ...more

Lots of divvies coming for FFN in JAnuary, but will still need some capital gains to get thru 15$ threshhold. Bigger payout to preferreds just makes it that much tougher for UNIT NAV to head higher.
