NAV December 20

~$14.70. Discount on capital shares: ~$0.39. Distance from threshold: ~2.07%.

We lost around $0.16 from yesterday's closing NAV. Other than deeply overbought conditions, I am not aware of any news that would cause the sudden change in sentiment late in the day. A strong January will get us to payment status, but we will need to make up the dividend amount paid to preferreds as well.

Thanks. Yeah little bit of a pull back here and there is healthy, market was getting too overheated. Still trying to make sense as to how the NAV lost 15-20 cents on a natural day for the market last Friday, or there abouts(covered calls?)
