FFN preferreds have done well

Unfortunately i got out once they moved up past the 10$ amount guaranteed on termination date of FFN  in Dec 2024.
But not a bad hold, even if interest rates do go down ( not a given). Quadravest will only adjust the rate  up or down once annually, in december i believe.

SPLT still buying ALL prefs, even ffn and ftn above 10.07 I have piled into BK and DFN preffs.
