Why discounting 10%  may market not sure about dividends yet as Markets may drop again in February

Naw, these splits are always undervalued when they aren't paying out dividends, especially so in this case since its been so long. But once it reaches payment threshold and Quadravest announces the divy there's going but be a HUGE surge of buying pressure that with drive the price up by a dollar or more complely evaporating that discount. Best be to get in now while it's still cheap ...more

In this case, on Dec 1st, holders have the option to redeem the capital shares at no cost for net asset value minus 10$. That alone should ensure that the discount will evaporate towards the end of the year.
