FFN finally paying again

So Quadravest announced the distributions today, but no updates on the actual NAVs..

NAV AND DISRIBUTION WILL BE ANNOUNCED ON 21ST OF FEB. (3 BUS DAYS AFTER THE 15TH)

Distribution was announced just over am hour ago as for the NAV it will be good to know exactly where it stands but it was over 15.00 as of the end of day yesterday for it to be paying.

Thanks. I loaded this morning. Its no brainer when ffn is trading below NAV. Nav has to be over $5 to declare dividend, By next week we will be trading over $5 and yields over 26%. On top the canadian holdings are up again. If you can post real time NAV it will be great. Thanks again.
