So showing a gian of about 20 cents since the udpate. on the 15th.

At current price we are getting 26% yield.  If it holds above $5 we will get our investment back in 4 years!. Today at real time it might have added another 10 cents?

A bull market that lasts 4 years? I'd love it but highly doubt it. Expect corrections along the way, which are normal for healthy markets.

Yup NAV is around 15.40 now, still a nice little discount of 30 cents/ 5% here. That should evaporate next week as more people jump in to grab the divy on the 29th.
