NAV March 8

~$15.41. Discount: ~$0.16. The NAV closed a solid ~2.63% above the payment threshold with five trading days to go before the traditional mid-month update used for determining dividend eligibility. Of course, Quadravest will likely use an earlier date, if  necessary, when making their announcement, so another dividend is almost assured.

Great to see the NAV where it is but can you explain why you feel Quadrafest would use another date if necessary to calculate NAV eligibility next week? I haven't seen them do this before.

Quadravest generally uses the closing NAV as of the 15th of each month in declaring their distributions. However, if the NAV falls below the payment threshold as of that date, they reserve the right to use a prior or subsequent date if any of those are at or above the threshold. Their aim is to pay out a dividend to prevent a collapse in the share price and maintain interest in these investments.
