NAV April 15

~$15.31. Discount: ~$0.23.

The U.S. side of the portfolio, led by Goldman Sachs and their stellar earnings, performed well and offset much of the damage on the Canadian side of the portfolio. Remember, FFN is 56% invested in U.S. financials and only 38% in Canadian financials. The weakness in the Canadian Dollar has been a boon for this fund.

Expect a positive dividend announcement later this week.
