NAV April 18

~$15.36. This leaves the capital shares with a NAV of ~$5.30 after accounting for the accrued dividends on the preferred shares. We closed at a discount of ~$0.18.

I'm glad to see all of our numbers in sync. Once dividends are paid out, the NAV would drop to ~$15.17 assuming all else remains the same, leaving us with a bit of a cushion above the threshold.
