Dashboard shows UNIT NAV @ $17.08

So spreadsheet is showing about $17.08 exactly, dashboard is a little higher, but within a penny..? So FFN commons today would have a value of AT least $7.08 today, and trades at a discount of 52 cents with the last trade @ $6.56.  or about 7.3 %

Dashboard showing 17.08 too once the data from 4pm came in for the US holdings. I wonder, what was the all-time NAV high since inception? Does anyone know?

$18, 20 years back.  i think initial offering was $15. Has paid $17 in dividend.

Consolidation of shares around 2020 clouds the issue.

You have to take into account the consolidation  5 years ago.. altho they rasied the distribution amount for the commons, you lost about 10% on the shares. Immediately after the special retraction payment on or before December 16, 2019, there will be 16,552,263 Preferred shares and 18,761,656 Class A shares outstanding.
