I have the same NAV as the dashboard, just below $17.14

SO before distributions are factored in the COmmons would be valued @ About $7.14 , and after would be $6.95. With the last trade around $6.64 the discount would be 50 cents before distributions and 31 cents after. Or about 4.4% after payout.
