FFN guesstimate to Nov 12 = $18.02

My spreadsheet has the UNIT NAV around  a $1.20 gain since the update OCT 31...  obvious tho that there is some confusion on the share count  and the unknown number of shares being retracted. So this month will be a real surprise... i am sure.

Do you think there could be a big difference with your calculations and the real NAV?

I dont think there will be a big difference as historically my spreadsheet has been very close. Last month was exact , so dont believe my numbers are out a lot. We do have an ATM going it seems and that could skew the numbers a bit, but it must have been going hard last month as well,  AND DID NOT  make my spreadsheet inaccurate.
