My question is regarding the drop in cash during the month of Nov.from 15 to 9%. While we don't know the timetable of the decline, is it possible that the under estimating of Nav on Oct.29 by 3 cents is explained by the cash reduction?

That was a reduction in cash of 6% .. from 15% down to 9%. For sure the timing is questionable with the retraction having to be dealt with.. I just adjusted the spreadsheet to reflect the bigger US % now @ 55%.. with the CAD part at only 36%. It would have skewed my numbers for sure... not sure how i came within a penny. However a lot depends on when that  reduction in cash happened.
