UNIT NAV to 1:20 CST = approx: $18.42

Showing a gain of 4 cents from yesterdays numbers  ($18.38), which hopefully is close to the update.
Last trade @ $7.21 leaves the common shares  discounted about $1.21 or about  14.3%.
Unreal after those Q results.

Totally unreal. Like how large can this discount get! This is leaving me at a such a cross roads... I'm extremely overweight in FFN/FTN and want to reduce my concentration (and margin balance lol), but it is so DIFFICULT to sell at 15% discount to ACTUAL VALUE.  Maybe Quadravest needs to do a special, one-time dividend of 25 cents to attract investors into the most discounted funds.  ...more

I'm in the same boat. Plan to let dividends gradually pay off my margin.  Hopefully I have guts to hang on through the ups and downs.

Increasing share prices also halp to pay off margin!
