Probably a really good hold at least until the termination date in DEC 2024, which states you can redeem for 10$ per share,. It is likley the distribution yield will get lowered a bit on that date, as the interest rates are bound to recede a bit, before that date. It wont be much tho, imho. Certainly not back to prepandemic rates.

I'm currently getting a 9.97% yield on this based on my cost, so I'm very happy with it

Traded out my 3/4 LBS Prefferreds for more FFN Preffs. Increase to my monthly income and a higher yield.

Well that was a prescient move. Congratulations! I always thought LBS.PR.A was ridiculously overvalued. The offering has corrected the price.
