I rarely post am here all the time. I read through the material on sedar and they even say it may not be an advantage. So I say, give us the reason you think this is needed.The value of the company wouldn`t change. Big investers don`t care if they double $2 or $10 . I do think we would not be as liquid though, small investers would shy away from 10 or 20 dollar stocks.I say get up to full production and see what our SP is and see if it is needed at that time , then put it forward with the reason why its needed. Something just doesn`t seem right about this. I have been involved in over a half dozen reverse splits over the years and none of them worked out well for me.I have lots of theories but not going to go into them here. I`ve been in here for four years and have 157k that says no to the split, yes to everything else. Rick

My 500k shares which once used to be 2.5 million before the last reverse split are going to be voting NO.

Agreed Rick a reverse split in this case is from a position of strength, with all past experience for me has been attempts to create strength from a position of weakness and none worked out well for me. The main concern for me is as you mentioned the big money is not concerned about the SP and/ or if it takes another year to let the split settle out and the SP start showing gain on pre split ...more
