Lily in my first post after the NR I gave a little summary of the advantages of a company doing an ATM. I don't believe we will see these shares in the market at the present SP. I believe they will filter them in around the .50 to 1.00 range. But I really don't know. Only the broker assigned by Fire knows for sure what the target price is.  this is a typical move during volatile

I like how ridingrockets explained his speculation with Grapefruit.  Like I said before, I trust that Beena knows how to make the numbers work.  I can't figure out why InvestorXpert jumped right in with the conclusion that there will be immediate dilution. His sounding the alarm whether an honest mistake or something

Beena can release 1 share or 1M shares in teh next few years so it's not like the bought deals we had. Aurum I agree Beena is not doing this to be Aquired, she has other plans, short term pain for now.

I never said immediate dilution however when your are offering 30m $ worth of shares than yes eventually dilution will happen. Read my posts carefully before stating that I said something i never said. Overall unless we get news soon this stock unfortunately will continue moving down - hoping it can bounce back to the 0.36-0.40 range
