It went up like this in feb.
Then the A $$ fell out of it !
maybe with the market high it's a good year to sell in may and go away ,

Only weaksauces sell in May. This was an easy money maker and more luck than anything. But next step is to take the profits and pick up some deals during the spring and summer, sell them for a profit in the fall and water. Rinse and repeat!
