Exactly. If FIRE shareholders deny this acquisition for WEED, they will be left behind by TLRY and HEXO. WEED will need to come back to the table with a much better offer (from a position of desperation) in order to get FIRE shareholders on board. As of yesterday's closing price, WEED's offer pegs FIRE at $270M. A little short to their proposed valuation of $430M.
