Canopy Growth - $617M LOSS

Exactly the reason why we shouldn't sell this gem to these losers.  Supreme's success will just enter a huge black hole and all this effort was for absolutely nothing.

If Canopy wants to destroy this company, at least pay $1B in cash and do whatever you want with it.

YEP! Can hardly wait to join forces with this dumpster fire that is Canopy. My God they're terrible. They're aiming for positive EBITDA end of 2022. So in relaity that means sometime in 2024, they should have their act together. I'm scared to see how many shares will be sold off, once converted. I can imagine a big red dip in Canopy after the deal goes through due to the market flood ...more

Canopy also has begun to sell 40 per cent more cannabis in Canada than it harvests, bucking a recent trend that has caused a significant amount of product in the market to become unsellable and leading to steep writedowns. Klein describes right-sizing its operations as akin to how some wineries typically grow their grapes for more premium products while working with other growers to supply lower ...more
