question about takeover

do you have to fileout a document for this takeover if you own shares.  Other stocks ive owned that were bought out just transitioned automatically.  I thought I read somewhere you had to submit something..now I cant find it.  Sorry Newbie

Negative. It'll be done automatically. The confusion seems to be around a paragraph referring to physical stock certificates, as those can't be automatically transitioned seeing as the depositor or broker would not have access.  Hope this helps.
