H2O

Too much has been extrapolated from that bit of news that the water  permit  for MWS has been appealed by the FSE, Federation for a Sustainable Environment . The company's legal counsel feels that the appeal is not valid and will be turned down.

It would seem that the FSE is a well meaning organization that is forgetting about all the jobs and local investment that mining provides. Yes, mining companies have to be held accountable for their pollution and be good corporate citizens. No argument there.

I doubt we'll see a huge drop in SP this week but I would like to see management get ahead of this issue and get it resolved quickly.

We FIU investors seldom get a run of trouble free motoring. I think we're due.

Of course the company's legal counsel feels the appeal is not valid, what other position do you suggest them having being that they are the company's legal counsel.GET OFF your BLINDERS!

If you don't own shares than I can only assume the you're trying to talk down the price in order to buy in. If you're shorting then the same logic applies. If you own shares then I can only assume that you've lost you marbles and want the shares to go down for some reason. Which is it?
