I would not be surprised if a dissident shareholder circular was distributed to combat the empty threats in the mgmt circular.

Of course they want you to accept the deals. They want you to take a major haircut on your investment.  Check out their motives. Check out the relationship over the years between Deon and Village and DRD and Anglo and Gold One and Miller and more. Just Google the companies and the personalities and you will see a common thread and a motive for what is going on now with First Uranium.

I encourage everyone to reject the offers and vote "NO" for dilution.

morning hmmmmmmmmmm. I have decided to take my chances on either a better offer coming in or even bankruptcy. I believe with bankruptcy there would be no 30 mill for escrow and deon and boys don't get another 23 mill to wind things down. That total alone of 48 mill could go directly to us -common shareholders. With any luck anglo and G.O. will counter with larger offer but they
