Not sure what this Flint thing!, reading last shareholders presentation which by the way very poor presentation!, it looks like management wants to change name of the company to Flint??......so I did google this name and it looks like old company sold to company called URS which does exist anymore, but more interesting this trademark name "Flint" is associated with long term legal battle with CNRL and other litigations in US due bad practice to land on contacts through bid regging there is US.....see the link below....
