May 19th: Insiders Exercise RSU rights

Roughly 100k shares $14.31   i.e. over $14m out of their own pockets to add to their portfolios.

Dibah - you missed a decimal buddy. It is $1.4 million not $14 million.

Thanks. My bad!  It's that decimal point before the last zero on my hand held...needs a magnifying glass to spot.  And I missed something else.  RSU's are not purchased, I believe, they are outright grant of shares. Still holding, in any case.  Hope you locked in some gains @ $17 that you were talking about a while ago. Cheers

I have aging eyes too, know exactly how you feel. You are also correct about them being share grants. I am happy to say I did lock in a fair chunck of profits at just under $17, but bought back about half the number I sold when they dipped into the $13.70 range just a short while ago. Stay healthy and happy.

Just for clarity, the trim at $17 was back in Nov, I also trimmed in Feb, but it was only about $16 when I did that one. The hals I bought back was the Feb trim amount, I didn't buy back any of the Nov solds. Total exposure is still fairly large but slightly less than half the number of shares it was 2 years ago.
