You have 2 weeks to come up with the $5.5 mil for the refinery then another $12 mill by the end of november so my ? is if you cant come up with the money do you have a plan B to protect the share holders I just pray you dont get us mixed up with a jounior miner as a last resort with a financial bailout loaded with a bunch of fuzzy numbers. It might be best if you cant come up with the money by the end of this month just let the mine go for a cash buy out at15 to 20cents a share I think you have done the best you could do with the cards you were delt I feel its time now that we all move on  Wally

Buyouts don't really work like as you described. I wish it did, but there is normally a requirement for companies to publicly announce their intent on acquistion when it comes to a share buyout as it would require shareholder approval to approve the decision as a public to public buyout. Unlisted companies typically get more shadow work for acquistions but there is normally a period of a month ...more
