Canada and the United States did not give $16 million for nothing. The project will go ahead, that seems obvious to me.

Your probably right, with current surpluses reportedly to last up to 2 years, ( just read that on an ELBM post) you would think, given the time to complete the already in place permits , build and commission both mine site and process plant ( 2-3 years) that this would be going now or very soon.  hard to imagine to imagine our governments putting restrictions on Chinese related cobalt ...more
