New option agreement, FT need to pay now only C$4.5m!

Fortune can acquire the Lamont County site from JFSL for C$6,000,000 prior to the end of November 2025, provided it makes monthly option payments of C$100,000. The monthly option payments and the C$1,437,500 previously paid by Fortune to JFSL, are deductible from the purchase price.

if Rio Tinto thought there was any value in Fortune they would have either bought it outright or initiated a hostile takeover. how long has the carrot Rio Tinto been dangled in front of shareholders? Rio Tinto has a very long record of agreesively persuing anything they deem of value one way or another

Not that long, given the intrest and potential gov money, future demand, national security etc the bigger question may be how much material do they have and at what rate do they produce excess waste that they can capitalize on with a processing agtreement with Ft. yes it's a carrot but it's a good one. when RG proves we can process what they have and mix it with Nico ore and at this point ...more

COULD BE!!!! This company is by far the best looking future in the critical materials market! It has Robin Goad who discovered the future mine, who believes in the mine, who spend better part of his profession life on this project! We have the LONG investors willing to stay! We wait?
