- they ONLY GOT USD 20 million {from US DOD GRANT MONEY} out of the USD 60 million CAPEX COST of UPGRADING and EXPANDING EXISTING COBALT REFINERY on Northern Ontario - so they are SEEKING a FURTHER USD 40M in PROJECT FINANCING - they are STILL TWEAKING the COBALT CIRCUIT to OPTIMIZE cobalt production SO their CHEMICAL PROCESS is STILL NOT YET COMPLETE - however, they are PROCESSING RECYCLED ...more

Unlike fortune they have no coblat deposit of significance but made a deal years ago to take DRC cobalt - hard to believe that our gov would even consider a contribution to that.  and they ( and others ) dont have the unique part of 2.5 billion in gold mixed in with other CMs let alone the CM bismuth. Lets Hope RG CMI panel discussions went well and maybe attract some more attention.  ...more
