Not much question about which is safer... DFN barely a dollar above the threshhold for paying, while FTN is likely about 5$ above the threshhold with the UNIT NAV approaching or surpassing 20$ here. From my spreadsheet estimation FTN trades at a discount to NAV while paying better than 15.75% at this level. DFN is trading closer to 10 or 12 % premium , while paying around 17.25%...
