Yes noted that the UNIT NAV before distributions was 21.50, and did indeed drop from the midmonth. But i alwyas thought the total payout was just over 18 cents per month.... 5.625 cents per share monthly to preferreds and 12.57 cents monthly to commons....i guess some rounding up  went  on with the NAV numbers.
