Come on man! By now everyone and I mean everyone should know that a buy-back can not take place at premium to NAV! This is largely a correction to the elevated premium FTN has had nothing more nothing less also a chance of a mistimed ATM issue. FYI have covered half my short. GLTA

I guessed it was about time for shorts to cover this morning, so I picked up some. It's a great price. The banks will recover in the next 3 months I feel.

Guess some of us have different source info. At least it is interpreted differently. Not familiar with your rule that a Buy-Back "Cannot" take place at a premium to NAV https://www.santander.com/en/stories/share-buyback

Why would FTN buy back at a premium? Anyway, buy back program is over, ended in May
