FTN unit nav in real time @ $20.24

Sp the gain is exactly a dollar for FTN , which is the same gain since OCt 31 as FFN at this specific point in time. Of course we need to see the full month-end update from Quadravest.. likely after ...more

They do have a buyback in place i believe, but need to have cash on hand ,  above having enough to pay distributions.

I know... I wish he had a redemption mechanism to redeem for NAV lol.  I can't recall if Quadravest has a buyback program for their shares. Now would be a great time to do that.

Nope , that is the latest in documentss with the % of each. However if you look at  https://www.quadravest.com/ftn-fund-features on the bottom left the list shows top 15 by weighting.. Cash ...more

So the value of the commons shares here is in real time is $10.26... discount is still  $1.28 with the last sale @ $8.98.. which is over  12.4%.. ridiculous...lol
