A question

Hello. I'm a little late to the party on this stock but did finally grab some shares at 17.50

Anyway as near as I can tell this stock has only not paid div for a few months back in 2020.

What is the fear that keeps people away? 20% div seems to good to be true granted following mouseman I'm better understanding the NVA feature.

When it did not pay back in 2020, they resolved it by consolidatimg the shares at o.4 to one. Divy came back but you lost 60% of your capital. Since then the share NAV has fallen from $23 to $17 or so. Not a great long term invesatment.
