FTN unit nav in realtime @ approx; $18.54

FTN still looking at a gain of about 62 cents since April 30  and so the discount continues with the real value @ $8.54 and the commons trading 22 cents lower @ $8.32..
SO many other higher yielding plays out there now, with DFN , DF, LFE, FFN and DGS all looking to pay 20% + annual yields.

Kinda hard for me to accept the final comment you posted. Annual yields lol. DF has paid once in the last 12 months. DFN maybe 4 times.

FYI ,,,, DFN has paid the dividend 8 times in past 12 months. approx 15%

My bad. Yes see that but DF a once. FFN 3 times. DGS 5 times. Anyway annual yields a pretty loose term. Over 20%. lol.

You are correct , completely. The Great One can post any number or distribution he likes quoting a higher yield , but if they don't pay every month like FTN has for a few years then it's a shell game and his annual yields are pure garbage and should be filed there.
