FTN unit nav to July 16 = approx: $18.80

Showing a gain of 28 cents since yesterday 's close. My spreadsheet saying commons are worth $8.80.
Last few times my estimate has been out 4 or 5 cents, but will  fix this when we get the real numbers posted from Quadravest. Last sale @$8.34 seems like a big discount... ( around 5%),  some entities seem to be holding back FTN and FFN here.

Good Points Mouserman.... I agree that when you can buy something for less than it is worth, especially in the stock market it is a good thing.  I bought more today.
