FTN unit nav realtime @ approx: $18.55

SHowing  a gain of 37 cents since the 15th at this time..
Commons wouldf be value @ $8.35 after dist. CAD have contributed a lot  ,NA and RY each   increased the UNIT NAV by over 7 cents .. and CM by over 6 cents .. so those 3 alone are responsible for over 20 cents of the 37..

Yes , but hate to say i am out of FTN and FFN,... find much better values  ( big discounts) is some of the other names . The fact that the CAD has gained about 2 % vs USD, really put a damper on the NAV  for both those splits. I have a big holding in LBS and LCS.. huge moves up in NAV ( LFE as well)  . LCS has gained more  since thursday  than FTN or FFN has  since ...more

To put it into perspective, LBS has gained 60 cents  in NAV since AUg 15 and FTN 37 cents.... and the  dist. payout is much bigger for FTN. LCS has even bigger gains,  84 cents in UNIT NAV since the 15th... and only paying out 7.5 cents  in dist. this month.
