FTN unit nav to AUg 30 = approx; $18.80

Showing a gain of just over  62 cents since the 15th. Nice rebound day, and quite often ex divvy date is a buying op in an upward market. 
FTN commons are now valued at about $8.60 after dist.. so nicely dicounted for where it trades. Last sale @ $8.26

Thanks Mouserman .... I get the same $8.60 after distributions for the commons ..... the share price is a good discount. With a rate cut coming within the next 30 days  from the FED I do see the NAV continuing to increase in price.
