Quadravest update shows FTN cash @ 12%

SO FTN increased cash and lowered the US holdings % in this last report.
So the result was FTN UNIT NAV now has only lost 24 cents since the AUG 30 update and UNIT NAV now is $18.34. Commons should carry a value of at least $8.34.. last trade was $8.23
Strange that safety means little here, as FFN at a premium with well under a dollar of safety.
