FTN unit nav to Sept 13 = approx: $18.40

Now  spreadsheet showing a loss of 18 cents since AUG monthend update.
FTN commons should be valued @ $8.40 here , and with the last trade @ $8.26 the discount is 14 cents. Much better and safer value than FFN , which trades at a slight premium to NAV.

Yeah, not very logical shorting a discounted split fund giving 18% dividend
