FTN unit nav in realtime @ $18.84

Spreadsheet now suddenly showing a gain of 47 cents since the sept 13 update... and now has the biggest gain since that date in the  Quadravest funds..  big difference in 2 days...
FTN commons still not the favorite discounted  Split fund common tho.. buyers having a hard time keeping up with the gains. Last sale at $8.40 leaves those shares trading at a 44 cent discount. or about 4.9%

I have the NAV now trading around $8.90 @ 2:29PM..... big discount hard to believe it is trading so low.  Golferman

Unfortunately there are so many undervalued split fund commons, that FTN doesnt get the attention it should. IF the market would have  dropped after the FED cut rates bigger than normal... FTN would be trading at NAV and these others that are closer to the 15$ threshhold would not be getting buys. DGS trading at a premium , even tho its been a laggard the past month, basically its NAV went ...more
