Experiment

Ok so 6 months in to the FTN experiment. Here we are. 6x .1257= is 75.4 cents return in dividends. And at a average cost of 7.79 it is currently up 57 cents in capital gain. Or just above 7%. Total return is right at 17%..of course I will be reinvesting dividends to compound returns going forward. Looking very nice as it is trading at a discount to nav. With rate cuts coming.
