FTN unit nav in realtime @ approx: $19.56

Showing a gain of 16 cents on the updated spreadsheet. Have the estimated nav in the spreadsheet set to record gains since the 15th of OCT. Last trade @ $8.73 means the discount is now 83 cents and that is about 8.7 %. Historically only saw discounts on commons like this when split funds were under the 15$ threshhold.
Only DGS of those i follow was at a premium. And today FFN will have passed DGS in UNIT NAV.

To clarify- A test or break of the FTN common share price @ $9.00.... as it is trading at such a big discount.
