FTN unit nav in realtime @ $19.65

Showing a gain of 25 cents since the 15th of OCt..
Last sale @ $8.79 does look attractive with so much safety above the threshhold for paying to commons. The discount then 86 cents as common shares would have a value of about $9.65 before distributions. A few weeks away from worrying about those. Discount would 8.9 % if my spreadsheet is close.

Hey Mouserman. I follow your daily NAV posts daily ( Thank You ), I have had a real good run with my split funds but Im wondering when we will have a correction . I realize your not a financial advisor but would be interested in your views since you follow splits closely. Thanks in advance,

SO historically the market always goes up prior to election day in the US...govt plunge protection team at work.. as you cannot have a crash right before the people vote. They  massage the stats , GDP and job numbers to make them look great, then in a few months they revise all the jobs numbers down. Last month the majority of the job creation was govt jobs. That isnt a job that creates value ...more
