FTN unit nav to OCt 28 before dist. = approx: $19.65

Showing a gain of 30 cents since the OCt 15th update. If that is accurate after dist. the commons would be valued at $ 9.45, and the last trade @ $8.96 means the discount is  49 cents or about 5.2%
Seems like it should be safe til the new year at least , unless we see a huge crash..

Thanks Mouseman I have the same NAV..... lots of safety even after distributions.    This week should give us a good indication on where the S&P is heading  6200+ or time for a pullback.
